Capital Introductions is a program designed to connect your deals with pre-vetted institutional investors actively seeking new investment opportunities.

By participating, you will gain direct intros to investors interested in your deals—with no up-front costs. Our platform streamlines the go-to-market process, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.

How It Works

1 - Confirm Your Participation

• Once you opt in, your deals will be reviewed for eligibility, which requires a signed Engagement Letter and complete financial information.
  
  ⚠️ Important Consideration: Ensure that your Engagement Letters allow deal-sharing, or consult with your client if needed.
  
  

2 - Deal Matching & Investor Discovery

• Your deal will be anonymized and added to our matching algorithm.
• Institutional investors will be able to review opportunities that align with their investment criteria.
• If your deal matches, they’ll have the opportunity to request an introduction.

3 - Introductions & Direct Engagement

• Introduction requests will arrive via email. You decide whether to accept or decline.
• You stay in control of all investor communications and negotiations.

4 - Continuous Opportunities

• No match? No worries. New investors join the program every week, increasing the chances of future introductions.

Program Fees

Participation is free. A 10% distribution fee, in addition to broker dealer commissions, applies only when a deal closes with an investor introduced by Finalis.
